Q: I'm here, what can I do?
A: First, create account. You can do this by selecting the "Sign Up" link and filling out the necessary fields.

Q: Do I need an account to design stuff?
A: Yes, you need to sign up with the FunMail service to upload images and design FunMail templates.

Q: What is a FunMail template?
A: FunMail templates are images or photos designed to help someone communicate a particular concept. It contains what font should be used for the image and where the text appears on the image.

Q: How can I design a FunMail template?
A: Click on the 'Design Editor' link. From there you will follow a 3 step process in creating a template. The first step is to choose an image. The second is to customize the design by picking a font and font style and choosing a tag for the image. The third step is submitting the image.

Q: I submitted the design, but now it looks like it needs to be approved?
A: That's correct. All content must go through an approval process before it is made available for public use. Content can be rejected if it contains objectionable material such as nudity, depiction of drug use, violence, images of hate, or material that possibly infringes on copyright, trademark or proprietary right of person or entity.

Q: How many templates can I design?
A: There is no limit to the number of designs you can submit.

Q: Where can I find my images and designs?
A: Click on the "My Stuff" link to access the templates you designed and the images you uploaded.
